I love everything on the controller except for the grip on the thumbstick pads of the interchangeable thumbsticks. My only concern is that the thumbstick grips actually are more slick than grip. Xbox Design Lab is an excellent addition to the Xbox ecosystem, and I hope it continues to improve moving forward with new options and greater availability.

One point of contention I have with the design is the decision not to pursue hall effect joysticks.
